Meet our Doctor – Dr. Whitney R Wignall, DMD, MS
Dr Wignall and her husband moved to Maine from
Florida in 2005. They currently live in Portland with their son, Alex,
and two dogs (Henry and Abby). They are die-hard Florida Football fans.

Education
Dr. Wignall completed her undergraduate education at McGill University,
earning a Bachelor of Science in Anatomy in 1995. While at McGill University,
she completed her Master of Science degree in Expt. Surgery. Dr Wignall
attained her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the University of Florida
in 2003 and furthered her dental education by attaining a specialty certificate
in Pediatric Dentistry. Dr Wignall is a Diplomate of the American Board
of Pediatric Dentistry.

Meet our Hygienists
Mrs. Brandy Kraus, RDH, BS
Brandy and her husband,
Trevor, currently live in Durham with their two Chihuahuas, Pickles and Isabelle, and their furry cat, Emma. Brandy is a Maine native and completed her undergraduate education
at the University of New England in 2004, earning a Bachelor of Science Degree
in Dental Hygiene. She is a member of the American Dental Hygiene Association.
Brandy loves being outdoors with her husband hiking,
exploring the Maine coastline, and spending time with their five nieces and
nephews.
Ms. Keelan MONROE, RDH, BS
Keelan currently lives in Berwick with her long-term boyfriend, Patrick. Soon they will be relocating to the Portland area with their cat, Vlad the Impaler and their snake, Jack! She studied dental hygiene at the University of New England where she earned her bachelor’s of science degree. Keelan loves playing and watching many sports throughout the year. She is a member of a local woman’s soccer team and coaches a youth soccer team in Lebanon, Maine. She loves spending time outdoors, camping, traveling, and spending time with her family!
Meet our Dental Assistants
Ms. Sheryll McCaslin
Sheryll and her daughters currently live in Westbrook.
Her four daughters have kept her very busy over the years with
sports, music and art. Sheryll began her dental career in 1979 as a Dental
Assistant. After taking some time off to raise her four daughters, in 2001,
she reentered the career she loves. She enjoys reading, long walks and
simply being at home with her girls.
MS. Mary Darcy
Mary is currently a fulltime student at USM where she is pursuing a degree in Biology. She works at SMPD partime, and has been working in the dental field since July 2005. She loves the pediatric setting because she loves working with kids. Other things Mary loves doing are playing sports, doing outdoor activities and playing board games with her buds. Basketball, soccer and snowboarding are among her favorite sports. She also loves camping, traveling and spending warm summer days at Popham Beach. Catchphrase, Imagine Iff and Apples to Apples are her favorite games to play with friends. Mary also has a crazy obsession for dogs. She has one German Sheppard named Tobi, but would love to get 100 more little doggies!
MS. abigail endl
Abigail, a current Portland resident and a native of the mid-coast area, graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from Smith College in 2005. She loves living in Portland and tries to take advantage of all the outdoor activities Maine has to offer, skiing and golf in particular. Travelling, cooking and eating all satisfy Abigail’s love of learning and exploring. She looks forward to furthering her dental education.
Meet our Office Personnel
Patient Coordinator – Mrs. Kylie Watts, BS
Kylie and her husband, Dave,
currently reside in Westbrook. Kylie grew up in Moscow Maine and completed
her undergraduate education at UMO in 2002, earning a Bachelor of Science
in Kinesiology with a concentration in teaching/coaching/health. They love
spending time on Vinalhaven Island, where Dave grew up, and in the Caribbean
when on vacation.
Mrs. Alana Morin
Alana and her husband, Rick, currently live in Biddeford with their crazy cat Tweek. Alana grew up in Saco, where she graduated from Thornton Academy. Alana was previously a dental assistant for a year and a half. She loves going on vacation to Disney World and spending time at camp.
Office Manager – Mr. Simon Wignall, BA
Simon grew up in Montreal Canada
and graduated with Bachelor of Arts in History with a minor in education
from Concordia University. He taught middle school for two years in Gainesville
Florida and is a substitute for Portland public schools. Simon loves to
spend time with his family. He swim’s
with the Portland masters and enjoys open water swims along Maine’s
lovely coastline and lakes.
